Mr. Thinlay Gyamtsho is the President of Construction Association of Bhutan (CAB). He joined CAB in 2013.

He is also one of the major shareholders of Bhutan Insurance Limited, State Trading Corporation of Bhutan, Tashi Bank and Bhutan National Bank. He is also a Board Member of the Construction Development Board. CDB acts as a bridge between the private and public sectors; assists contractors in undertaking a more expansive part in the industry and ensures genuine contractors fair and equal access to the award of contracts, as well as fair treatment in the execution of contracts under the Royal Government of Bhutan.

​Mr. Gyamtsho is currently the Chairman / Chief Executive Officer of T&K Construction Private Limited. The company specializes in buildings, roads and bridges construction, also in power and telecommunication works. He also manages the T&K Woodwork Center, T&K Hiring and T&K Transport.
