Masato Otsubo is currently the Executive Director of OCAJI since 2015. In OCAJI, Masato Otsubo is involved in many diverse businesses, particularly in the areas of improvement of overseas business operations for construction companies, information gathering and analysis through international interactions, sending and accepting overseas research teams and holding seminars and training workshops both in and outside Japan.

As OCAJI has been actively interacting with international organizations and construction groups in other countries in order to promote cooperation and mutual understanding with those countries through the construction industries, it is important for OCJIA to be a member of IFAWPCA.

​Upon his retirement in 2015 from Kajima Corporation, he joined OCAJI as Executive Director.
